Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People
Have you ever had a Captain or a Sugar Daddy who gave you:
- Cash?
- Food?
- Alcohol?
- Drugs
- A night out?
- A lift home?
- Somewhere to crash?
SWOP (the Sex Workers Outreach Project) welcomes and supports women, men, sistergirls and brotherboys who exchange sex for favours like cash, accommodation, clothing, drugs, alcohol or anything else.
SWOP provides free:
- Condoms
- Lube
- Injecting equipment
- Sexual health info
- Counselling
- Legal advice
- Crisis support and other referrals
SWOP has an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Project that you can connect with at events like NAIDOC week, Mob Lunch at Wayside Chapel or the NSW Rugby League Aboriginal Knockout. Or you can call us, drop in for a yarn or email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
SWOP is funded by the New South Wales Department of Health. We are a non-profit organisation and a non-governmental organisation. The most important thing is that all of our employees are peers (current or past sex workers). We provide confidential non-judgemental support services to all sex workers. You can get our support service anonymously (we never ask for a real name).
