SWOP is a peer-based organisation and, as such, you must identify as a sex work peer in order to work with us. This means you must be a past or current sex worker. We consider sex work experience to include all facets of sex work, including, but not limited to, erotic massage, stripping, full service and BDSM work. Chief Executive Officer
This position provides strategic leadership and managerial functions for SWOP NSW to ensure the organisation meets its goals, objectives, legal and contractual requirements. The position operates in line with a delegation of authority and ensures best practice financial management and human resources practices are implemented. The position directs and inspires the organisation’s staff team to deliver a quality program of activities for sex workers in NSW.

Administration and Office Manager
The SWOP Admin/Office Manager will provide high quality administration support, including efficient running of the SWOP NSW office and administrative processes.
