And if you are still not sure about seeing the client, then don’t - it is your right to see only clients you feel comfortable and safe with.
Pearly Penile Papules
Pearly papules are not contagious, but are hereditary and occur naturally. They are skin tags, nearly all the same size, that sometimes appear on the penis. They sit in nice regular lines that remain the same over time, and are always found around the head of the penis or the lips of vagina.
Do not confuse pearly papules with warts—they are a normal variation of the genitals.
Sebaceous cysts are blocked sweat glands, swollen small lumps, smooth in appearance. They sometimes look like a yellow pea under the skin. They can feel hard. They can get inflamed, become red and tender. They are not contagious and cannot be passed on sexually.
Sebaceous cysts can look like warts, molluscum or herpes. Always use a condoms and lube for vaginal and anal sex and condoms for oral sex.
Fordyce spots are pale yellow or white spots that look waxy and are under the skin surface. They usually appear in clusters but can be a single spot on the shaft of the penis. They are part of normal skin, are not contagious and cannot be passed on sexually.
